The "National Capitol Trackers" modular club, hosts an annual Holiday layout at the B&O Railroad Museum in Baltimore, Maryland.  Craig Schelle invited the TRAVELING BOXCAR for a visit!

The newly reroofed and refurbished B&O RR Museum at Mount Clare Station, Baltimore, Maryland.

Here is the interior of the roundhouse.

The National Capitol Tracker layout is an octagon shape, 45' x 45'.
One loop goes all the way around the perimeter, three loops go halfway around the perimeter
and then bisect the center of the octagon via the central Potomac yards.
We were running  four trains at a time using Conventional, DCS, and TMCC on all tracks.

Trackmaster and Ferroequinologist Skip Scheetz coordinated the event, and designed the layout.

Kudos to Skip!

The Traveling boxcar crosses a bridge in front of a crowd of boys, I think they are in awe!

The Traveling boxcar is crossing the Hell Gate Bridge.
The massive three-track bridge, is actually HO scale, and was custom built by Tracker, John Zampino.

Close up of the crossing as we say GOOD-BYE!.
