Roman's current layout is 5'x9' and uses Gargrave track and Ross switches.  The current track plan was based on an OGR article in their "Layouts in a small space" series.  A renovation is being planned to charge the track plan and will include a change to Atlas track.  Several switches will be added to interconnect the 2 mainlines.  The layout is TMCC equipped with 2 TPC 400's regulating track power.  Lionel 180 and 135 bricks power the main lines.  An old and trusty ZW powers the accessories and lights.  


The Traveling Boxcar finally arrives at the RG&AG Railway. The midnight crew anxiously unloads it's cargo"


The Traveling boxcar is pressed into service with the MOW crew assisting the crane car.
The recent heavy rains in California damaged a section of track and derailment occurred.
 

The Traveling Boxcar assists the PFE train carrying fresh California produce.


The Traveling Boxcar and the recently repainted I-12 caboose commemorating the
Lionel Corporation ends it day on the siding.


The Santa Fe switcher takes on water and will position the Traveling Boxcar onto it's train
headed for it's next destination.
