THE GLANCY TRAINS MODULAR LAYOUT

The TRAVELING BOXCAR arrives in Dennison and prepares to offload the Glancy Modular Layout in time for  TrainFestival 2004.

The car was to lay over in Dennison and wait for the show to end, but was pressed into service to deliver a load of sandbags to the FORT PITT HI-RAILERS at the other end of the display tent, when their layout was in danger of being flooded out!

THE FORT PITT HI-RAILERS

The traveling boxcar delivers sandbags to help save the Pittsburgh layout at the Dennison TrainFestival.  Heavy rains nearly washed these fine folks out of the tent!

The boxcar sits on a Pittsburgh Highrailer siding while it waits to take the Glancy Modular Layout home to Detroit.
