Sometime early in 1998, Rick Rhodes (Rothstein) and Greg McMurry decided it was time to organize the next New Generation Reunion.  After all, the summer of 1998 was to have been 30 years from that first day the group met.

Since, Greg had been keeping mailing list after starting the New Generation Web Page in 1996, he started organizing the most recent version of that list.

Some months later, a lunch meeting with Diane Silberstein, Robyn Rothstein and Greg McMurry got the whole thing going.  Picking a date turned out to be a major challenge.  We used our email mailing list to get the ball rolling and came up with several dates.  Finally, we decided on October 2, 1998.

There was much discussion about also doing a performance with Diane Davisson's dance group and it was decided that having the two occasions at the same time would be troublesome.  The Dance Concert was titled CIRCLE OF FRIENDS and was held on October 17 and 18.  Many attended and it was a blast.

We are all looking forward to the next party. -- Two Years?  Four Years?  Five Years?  Next Week?
