Finally, we have scanned some of the photos from the 1996 Mammoth mountain Ski Trip.

This was our second annual ski trip. About 40 of us climb into a buss on a Friday afternoon and head for Mammoth. We bunk into a bunch of Condos that are right near the lift. First thing Saturday morning, we are on the hill.

Scott our Model Shop Supervisor, turned out to be the group "short order cook". Eggs, pancakes, whatever you wanted. Breakfast was over soon as we wanted to hit the slopes.

This year, it snowed. And snowed. It snowed so much the first day that many of us left the slopes early. It was cold on that lift when the wind and snow was blowing.

Typically we all meet for lunch. This Saturday was no exception. Then we all went to the ski shop and bought every item of warmliness we could. Ski masks, new gloves, glove warmers, boot warmers, everything. By the end of lunch we are all experts at such devices.

Saturday night, as was our practice the year before, we all went to the Chart House for dinner. I am sure they loved to see us all arrive. We were loud, thirsty and hungry.

The next morning, more of Scotty's b'fast and again, we hit the slopes. A much nicer day. No snow, and it was beautiful.

We arranged to have all of our stuff on the buss so we could leave as late as possible. We met at a bar at Warming Hut 2 and had a few for the road.

The trip home had us eating at some Chinese restaurant somewhere in the desert. I can't help but wonder how this Chinese family decided to move out there to start a business. I think they get a bunch of skiers during the winter. It is a good place to stop between Mammoth and Los Angeles.

About midnight, we rolled into Video Image. What a great trip. We all wish we could figure out how to do two of them next year.

These pictures are in some kind of order, but I don't know exactly what kind of order they are in. Of course there were many more, but I think these are enough.
